Dr. Morris Kleiner received his MA and PhD from the Department of Economics at the University of Illinois. He is a professor and AFL-CIO chair in labor policy at the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. He presented a seminar to Economics students and faculty on August 29, 2016 on his paper "Analyzing the Influence of Occupational Licensing Duration on Labor Market Outcomes.
