The MSPE Program tuition rate is determined by the University Board of Trustees. The figures for fall and spring semesters are on a full load basis and do not vary with the number of classes taken. The tuition for the summer session does vary with the course load.
The University of Illinois Board of Trustees has designated the MSPE Program as a cost recovery program. Because of this no financial aid from the University of Illinois is available for the MSPE students. However, there is a limited merit-based tuition scholarship fund available for U.S. citizens who meet the University's Illinois residency requirement. Contact the MSPE office for more information.
