How do I add my name to the degree list?

In order to receive a degree, a student must apply to be on the degree list for the appropriate graduation date. To add your name to a degree list, go to Student Self-Service, click on the “Graduation” tab, and follow the on-line screen instructions.

What is my official graduation date?

The conferral date is used as the official graduation date. Graduate degrees are only conferred in May, August, and December. See the list of conferral dates for previous, current and subsequent years.

When will my degree appear on my transcript?

Your degree is usually recorded approximately 4 weeks after your conferral date.

How do I order an official transcipt?

Transcripts can be ordered online at the Registrar's website. When ordering, be sure to select the “hold for grades or degree” option. Note that there is a charge for ordering transcripts.

May I change the way my name appears on my diploma, including the addition of special characters?

How do I change the address to mail my diploma?

You may change your address on Student Self-Service. The diploma address will be used for diploma mailing.
