The Master of Science in Policy Economics (MSPE) program welcomed 78 new students this year, representing nine countries. This year saw the largest number of domestic students accepting offers in the program's history. A major change is underway, as the MSPE will transition from a concentration within the MS in Economics to its own stand-alone major. While the curriculum will remain unchanged, this new designation elevates the program's stature, signaling its distinct identity and the critical role it plays in training future policy economists. The program is also working to establish exchange partnerships with the University of Macedonia in Greece and Insper Learning Institution in Brazil, extending its global reach and fostering cross-cultural academic collaboration.
